This Rapid Training Program can be completed in 45 total hours. The program combines 30 hours of online modules that can be done at the trainee's pace and on their schedule. The online training segment will be followed by 15 hours of hands-on, onsite training offered at various dates and locations across Montana. The concluding onsite trainings are currently offered at Missoula College, Great Falls College, Gallatin College, and Bitterroot College at the dates provided. Additional dates and locations are routinely being added across the state.

Learning Objectives
As a job-preparedness program, Job Site Ready equips participants with essential skills required to start an entry-level job in the Construction trades. Participants will be given exposure to tool use and maintenance, materials handling, workplace safety, industrial practices, and project management.
Expected Career/Learning Outcomes
Job Site Ready (“JSR”) is a Rapid Training Program designed to provide participants essential skills needed to join Montana’s booming construction industry.
Digital Badge
Upon completion, participants will earn a micro-credential badge. This program was designed with input from the construction industry in our state, and has been approved and vetted with Industry Advisory Board participation and the Montana Statewide Construction Technology Curriculum Workforce.
