Accelerate Montana offers a broad range of programs to benefit businesses and individuals alike - regardless of where you live or work in Montana. In order to meet our mission of accelerating economic potential, we have assembled teams who can support, guide, and consult with you on your business or help guide you in your career.

Through the broad range of our programs, we strive to help build business capacity and support Montana's economic development. Members of our team are expert at guiding entrepreneurs through the start-up of a business: from launch phase to its early stages as a young company. And, our network of peers allows us to help regardless of where those entrepreneurs live in our state.
We have a range of programs designed to support Montana's small businesses in addition to programs that can enable businesses small or large, to access new markets overseas or ensure that their company is considered for state or federal contracting. And we have team members that can connect businesses to the basic advice, tools and skills that every business needs to function.
The Job Site Ready ("JSR") micro-credential is a job-preparedness program designed to equip learners with work experience and essential skills to start entry-level jobs in construction trades. Successful students will walk away with exposure to tool use and maintenance, materials handling, workplace safety, industrial practice, and project management. This program combines online self-paced training with hands-on experience gained through onsite training throughout the year in locations across Montana.
The Native Women's Launch is an innovative program dedicated to bridging gaps in business education, technical skills and networking opportunities, providing Native American women with the tools and support needed to launch and grow their businesses. Guided by a commitment to honoring Indigenous values, amplifying voices and building community impact, Native Women Launch creates pathways for success that promote economic agency and leadership.
Rocky Mountain Women's Business Center RMWBC programming is designed to serve women in every corner of Montana as they work to start or grow their businesses and make an impact on their communities. We offer business coaching - Whether it's aiding a client in scaling a team from 6 to 60, boosting revenue, supporting the realization of your business idea from inception to fruition, or something else entirely, we're here to assist at every stage of your entrepreneurial journey. We offer digital and in-person learning events and courses; including expert-led trainings covering diverse aspects of business, personalized coaching for tailored guidance, and specialized courses addressing unique challenges. We offer networking opportunities both digital and in-person; offering a place for women to connect with each other around the State of Montana. These services are FREE!
Drone and Flight Operations Training
Accelerate Montana offers drone (UAS) training to help businesses, agencies, and organizations safely integrate drone technology into their operations. As drone use expands across industries like construction, agriculture, mapping, and public safety, this program builds the technical skills and regulatory knowledge needed to operate effectively and compliantly.

Our training is led by certified instructors and aligned with FAA standards. We offer Part 107 test preparation for commercial certification, along with customized ground school and hands-on flight training focused on real-world application, from airspace and safety protocols to site assessment, flight operations, and risk management.
This program is offered through employer partnerships or by request, allowing us to tailor training to specific industry needs and team goals.
Montana Code School Montana Code School provides accessible, career-focused software development training designed to help individuals enter the growing tech industry. Through flexible, online bootcamp-style programs, learners gain foundational skills in front-end and back-end development while building real-world, portfolio-ready projects.

Designed to support learners across Montana, these programs are structured to fit alongside work and other commitments while aligning with current industry needs. Graduates are prepared to pursue entry-level roles in software development and related tech fields, opening pathways into high-demand careers.
Tech Works TechWorks is an IT support training program designed to help individuals quickly launch careers in the technology field. Through a live, online bootcamp format, learners gain in-demand technical skills and prepare for industry-recognized certifications like CompTIA.

The program combines instructor-led training with career readiness support, including resume development and job placement assistance. Designed for learners with little to no prior experience, TechWorks creates accessible pathways into high-demand IT and technology careers.
Electro Optics Assembly Technician The Electro-Optics Assembly Technician program is a short-term, hands-on training designed to prepare learners for careers in advanced manufacturing and photonics. Through a combination of online and in-person instruction, participants build foundational skills in electronics and optical systems, along with lab safety, materials handling, and precision assembly techniques.
