Proof of completion of Required immunizations and successful completion of a background check from an approved vendor along with signature of nursing office staff are Required to register for this course. Informational packets are available in the nursing office. Learning Resource Center and registration office. Students should be prepared to pay 1/2 the tuition and fees at the time of registration.
