Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion - Two Part Series

This two part series is design to equip Montana-based organizations with practical tools for candid work that measurably advances diversity, equity & inclusion in their workplaces for sustained, meaningful change. Join Dr. Tobin Shearer to Diagnose Organizational Inequity in the first course and Dr. Theresa Floyd for Adaptive Leadership for an Inclusive Organization in the second course. Each course is five hours in length. Part one is designed to help you develop the vocabulary and conceptual fluency necessary for identifying barriers to diversity & equity. In part two you will deploy effective change management for sustained advancement of inclusion & belonging.
