Home Health Aide Training

Home Health Aides are trained in nursing related duties that will provide basic care to individuals who prefer to stay in their own home but need assistance. HHA’s are trained in maintaining a safe and clean home environment, helping clients move about their home, and helping them deal with situations that may arise.

This training provides an additional endorsement for individuals who are currently licensed certified nursing assistants and all curriculum is aligned with and approved by Montana Board of Nursing.

💲 Cost of course: Cost of this training is $250 and includes books, work ethic skills training, job placement assistance, and state required skills competency checklist.

Course Delivery Mode: Online with In-Person Components

Location: This course is a hybrid course. The didactic component is offered online and the lab/practical skills component is offered in-person. The lab/practical skills component is offered at Great Falls College MSU. As we build partnerships with businesses, there is opportunity for regional locations to be added. The didactic is offered online through Google Classroom. We will transition to Canvas LMS in the near future.
